Guided tours start at 12pm and rentals run from 9am to 11am. Slots fill up fast on busy ship days.

Find us at the port
Walk towards the port exit and look for the Ground Transportation sign beside the Junkanoo Museum. Our Rental Center window has the Bowcar logo.

Arrive 30 minutes early
Sign in, sign your rental contract, get your helmet and safety briefing. A short shuttle takes you two blocks to our base.

Back before all-aboard
Every guided tour is exactly three hours, and we drop you back at the port. Leave 30–45 minutes of buffer.

Yes, book before your cruise. Our tour starts at 12pm and rentals run from 9am–11am.
What if my ship is delayed?
Call 1-242-557-2223 straight away and we’ll try to move you to the next available slot. Late arrivals aren’t refunded, and port pickups wait 5 minutes.
Will I make it back to my ship?
Guided tours are exactly 3 hours. Check your ship’s departure time and allow an extra 30–45 minutes.
Are tips extra?
No. Gratuities are included, and tour prices of $150 per person are all-inclusive.
