Free pickup from the cruise port: look for the Ground Transportation sign beside the Junkanoo Museum. Our Rental Center window has the Bowcar logo on it.

Good to know
- 01
Drivers must be 25–69 years old with a physical, valid driver’s licence. A photo of a licence is not accepted. Passengers must be 10 or older.
- 02
Each ATV seats a driver and one passenger.
- 03
A refundable damage deposit is taken at check-in, in cash or as an authorization on Visa or Mastercard. It’s returned or voided when the vehicle comes back.
- 04
Your rental starts at the time you book. Check in 30 minutes early: if you arrive late, the return time stays the same or a late fee applies.
- 05
Cruise port pickup is 15–20 minutes before your start time. There’s a 5-minute grace period, and no refunds for lateness.

Available at the Nassau location only.
What to bring
- A physical driver’s licence
- Cash or a Visa/Mastercard for the damage deposit
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and closed-toe shoes
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking: you get a full refund. Cancel by phone or email and wait for the team to confirm.
Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded. Port pickups wait 5 minutes past the booked time.
If Bowcar has to cancel, for example for severe weather, you choose between rescheduling, a full refund or a credit towards another tour or rental.

Do I need experience?
No. Every rental starts with a full safety briefing and orientation. If you’ve never ridden a quad or driven on the left, you’ll pick it up quickly.
Where should we go?
Your offline map marks our favourites: the Queen’s Staircase, Fort Charlotte, the Arawak Cay Fish Fry, the Island Caves and Nassau’s beaches.
Is fuel included?
No, gasoline isn’t included. Your rental contract confirms the fuel level to return the ATV with.
